The report highlights that some big-name developers are apparently going to be included in the new feature, including SEGA America, with its game Sonic Dash, which the report states is mentioned quite a bit in the promotional work. Another game, Monument Valley, is one of the most popular titles as of late, and developer UsTwo is included in the presentation as well. There are other apps included, like OfficeSuite 8 + PDF Converter, along with Ultimate Guitar Tabs & Chords. Presumably, the list of apps available within Unlocked would grow with time. More to the point, though, with this new feature these apps, along with the purchases within some of them, would be completely free. Unfortunately, when Unlocked might launch or how much it might cost, is still up in the air as the original report was unable to learn that information. Moreover, developers that were contacted regarding Unlocked informed the publication that they are under NDA, and that no information could be shared. What do you think of the idea, if it turns out to be accurate?
